At AMAS L.L.P. we have one goal, to help our clients enhance their aviation business through consulting services we provide.
Since 2008 AMAS L.L.P. has been helping aircraft owners, operators and manufacturers with aviation industry advisory services, ranging from aircraft appraisals to aircraft acquisition services.
Our client base is diverse and includes private individuals, corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, and governments. We serve many facets of the aviation industry including FBOs, MROs, aircraft manufacturers, air charter operators, parts distributors, individual or fractional aircraft owners & operators, and corporations that own and/or utilize business aircraft.
Among the aviation consulting services we provide are developing business plans, undertaking market assessments and feasibility studies, strategic planning, and aviation industry analysis. We work with both existing aviation businesses and those in the early stages of development, tailoring each project to meet the specific needs and objectives of our clients.
Our team specializes in full range of business aircraft from turboprops to corporate jets to airliners with VIP interiors and extended ranges.

Boris Kostenko
Boris Kostenko has over 30 years of aviation industry experience split evenly between consulting, project delivery and executive-level industry positions in Europe, Asia and Bermuda. He specializes in: Aviation Laws and MRO sector. His experience includes: Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Management activities, including, but not limited to: aircraft technical survey and records audit, aircraft valuation, purchase agreements preparation and negotiations, audit performance of the Part 145 AMO and Part M Subpart G - CAMO.
Boris Kostenko is a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and licensed by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He has expertise in private, business and commercial jets. In addition, he is an acting Instructor & Examiner in EASA approved Part 147 Training Center for training in the field of: European Aviation Legislations (Part 145, Part M-CAT, Part 66 module 10 - Aviation Legislations, Part 66 module 9-Human Factor) and Aircraft Structure Repair.
